Shipping Protection Policy
We offer Navidium Shipping Protection to give our customers extra peace of mind. This protection covers loss or damage during transit — from the moment your package leaves our hands until it’s marked as delivered by the carrier.
What’s Covere
- Packages that are lost in transit (no delivery scan from USPS or carrier).
- Packages that are damaged upon arrival (photos required within 48 hours of delivery).
What’s Not Covered
- Orders that show as “Delivered” by USPS or any other carrier.
- Once an order is scanned as delivered, it is considered successfully completed.
- We are unable to replace or refund packages after a delivery scan has been recorded.
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses entered at checkout.
- Delays due to USPS or carrier issues (weather, holidays, etc.).
If Your Order Shows “Delivered” but You Can’t Find It
- Double-check the shipping address entered at checkout.
- Check with neighbors, household members, or building staff.
- Contact your local post office and request a GPS location scan for the delivery.
Once a package is marked as delivered, any investigation or recovery must be handled directly with USPS or the delivery carrier.
