Shipping & Returns

Covid 19 Update: 
Waju Designs does not have control over shipping delays. We work within the processing times we give to you and hand over packages to USPS. Once the package is in their hands, we can not control the route, speed or scans that they input.  We do not guarantee  delivery dates. Please review estimates provided by USPS and keep in mind that because of Covid-19 and other USPS, issues delays may occur.


Returns Policy

The Short Version: 
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns or exchanges for:
Custom or personalized orders


Long Version:
Engraved items may not be returned unless there is a mistake on our part. 

All prices are in US dollars. They are subject to any applicable taxes according to state and local laws. Item Availability, prices and delivery rates are subject to change.

From time to time, there may be errors in the prices, descriptions or images of certain merchandise, and we reserve the right to restrict orders of those items.

Please use images as reference points. While we do our best to show beads as accurately as possible, there may be subtle variations in from to bead. Remember that gemstones are naturally occurring and bead cuts highlight them as best as possible. Bead colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings.

 

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

 

USPS First Class Mail- about 3-5 days
USPS Flat Rate Priority Mail - about 2-3 days

 

USPS delivery times are not guaranteed. They are estimates based on the official USPS website. We can only guarantee the day that it's shipped. Sometimes shipping companies do experience delays due to weather and holidays.

 

**Paying for priority mail or express shipping does not affect or change our processing time. What you have paid for is USPS using a faster method to get your item(s) to you.**

 

We ship to the address that you provide at the time of your order. We can not reroute or ship to alternate addresses decided upon after purchase. If you wish to change to shipping address, please contact us and we will issue a cancellation so that you may repurchase with the correct address.
We have made options for signature confirmation and insurance available.

 

**We are not responsible for lost packages as you have the option of signature confirmation or insurance.

 

** We are not responsible for items marked "delivered" by the carrier and that it is the buyer's responsibility to file a police report/contact their local post office.

 

We try to be and eco-friendly as possible. So, we often try to recycle and ship without excess waste.
