Processing time

Estimated 7-10 business days before an order ships. During conference periods, allow an estimated 10-17 business days, and sometimes longer. Weekends and holidays don't count. Processing time is separate from shipping time.

Preorders

Ship after the release date in your confirmation email; orders with a preorder item ship together.

Tracking

Your tracking link is in your shipping confirmation email.

Something else, or outside those windows? We want to hear it.
