Where's my order?

Ordered in the last 7-10 business days?
You're right on schedule. Every order is packed and shipped within 7-10 business days (weekends and holidays don't count). The moment it ships, you get an email with your tracking link.
Ordered a preorder item?
Preorders ship after the release date in your confirmation email. If one item in your order is a preorder, everything ships together once it's ready. The day you place a preorder is not the start of processing time.
Got your shipping email?
Tap the tracking link in that email for live updates. USPS can take a little while to show its first scan after the label is created - that's normal.
Outside those windows?
That's on us to fix - send a note below with your order number and we'll look into it. One message is all it takes; duplicates slow replies down for everyone.
