That email contains:
• Your order date
• Whether your order includes a preorder item
• The preorder release date (if applicable)
Didn’t receive a confirmation email? Please check your spam or junk folder, as confirmation emails may occasionally be filtered there. If you still do not see it, it’s possible the email address was entered incorrectly at checkout. In that case, please contact us and we will assist in locating your order.
PLEASE REVIEW THE FOLLOWING:
• Non-preorder items ship within 7–10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
• Preorder items ship after the release date listed in your confirmation email
• Orders containing preorder items will not ship until those items are available
If your order is still within these timeframes, there is no update available.
Most order status questions can be answered by reviewing your confirmation email. Submitting multiple messages or follow-ups before the stated timeframe does not change your order status and may delay response and processing times.
We prioritize fulfilling orders as quickly as possible and appreciate your pat
