1. When was your order placed?  

   Standard processing time for non-preorder items is 7–10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

2. Does your order include a preorder item?  

   Preorder items include a listed release date in your confirmation email. Orders containing preorder items ship after that date.

Orders are not considered delayed if they are still within the standard processing time or within the preorder release window.

Turnaround time to shipment is 1-2 weeks NOT including weekends.
